Answers, fast.
Setup, calls, integrations, billing, privacy. Can’t find it? The contact form reaches a human.
How long does it take to go live?+–
Most accounts go live within days. Onboarding is white-glove: our team builds your greetings, call flows and booking rules for you, connects your scheduling software, and runs test calls with you before Sarah ever touches a real customer. You never have to configure anything yourself unless you want to.
Do I have to change my phone number?+–
No. You keep your existing number, and callers notice nothing. Most businesses simply forward calls to Sarah — all the time, after a few rings, or only outside office hours. If you ever want to move a number to us, porting is free and our team handles the entire process.
What do you need from me to get started?+–
About an hour of your time. On the onboarding call we learn how your business works: services, service area, pricing rules, scheduling preferences and the questions you want asked on every call. We also connect your booking system. Our team turns that conversation into a working receptionist.
What does white-glove onboarding actually mean?+–
It means our team does the work, not you. We write Sarah’s scripts around your business, set up integrations, test everything on real scenarios, and make every change you ask for afterward. There is no builder to learn and no settings maze — you just tell us what you want.
Can I hear Sarah before I commit?+–
Yes. Book a demo and you will talk to Sarah live on a real call, ask her the awkward questions your customers ask, and see how she books a job. There is no setup fee and no contract, so trying her on your own line carries very little risk.
What happens when Sarah cannot answer a question?+–
She hands the call to a human. You define who gets which calls, and Sarah transfers live with context, so your team member picks up already knowing what the caller needs. When the human part is done, Sarah can take the call back and finish the booking herself.
How does Sarah handle spam and solicitor calls?+–
She recognizes them and deals with them herself, so they never reach your team. For real service businesses a large share of raw inbound is spam, robocalls and salespeople — Sarah absorbs all of it, and your call log shows what was filtered so nothing disappears silently.
What languages does Sarah speak?+–
English and Spanish. She can detect the caller’s language and switch naturally mid-conversation, which matters in markets where a meaningful share of customers prefer Spanish. Both languages follow the same scripts, booking rules and follow-up behavior, so service quality does not depend on the language of the call.
Does Sarah make outbound calls too?+–
Yes. She calls back missed calls and new web or Facebook leads within moments, and she runs follow-up ladders on open estimates so quotes do not silently die. All outbound calling happens inside time windows you configure, so customers only hear from you at hours you consider reasonable.
Will callers know they are talking to an AI?+–
Sarah speaks naturally, handles interruptions, and keeps the conversation moving like a good front-desk person. She does not pretend to be human: if a caller asks, she answers honestly that she is the office’s AI assistant — and then keeps solving their problem, which is what callers actually care about.
Which systems does Sarah book into?+–
Today Sarah books directly into Housecall Pro, GoHighLevel and Google Calendar. That covers scheduling for most home-service businesses we meet. If you run something else, tell us on the demo call — integrations are driven by what our customers actually use, and Google Calendar works as a bridge meanwhile.
How does booking into Housecall Pro work?+–
Sarah creates a real job on your Housecall Pro board with the customer’s details, the reported issue and a proper arrival window — the same way a trained dispatcher would. Your team sees jobs appear in the tool they already live in, with nothing to re-enter and no separate calendar to check.
Can Sarah double-book my technicians?+–
No. She books against your real availability and only offers slots your rules allow — your hours, your arrival windows, your buffer between jobs. If a caller needs a time that does not exist, she offers the nearest real option instead of promising something your schedule cannot deliver.
Who sets up and changes my booking rules?+–
Our team does, as part of white-glove service. Want longer arrival windows, a blocked-off Friday, a new service type or different questions on intake? Send us a message and we make the change for you. You never have to open a configuration screen to adjust how Sarah books.
What if my field-service software is not supported?+–
Tell us what you run — on the demo call or through the contact page. New integrations are prioritized by real customer need, and Sarah grew inside an agency serving the trades, so we know the landscape. Until a direct integration exists, Google Calendar plus detailed call summaries keeps your office fully informed.
How much does Sarah cost?+–
A base plan from $350 a month plus 15 cents per minute of talk time. The base covers setup, integrations and ongoing management; there are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime. You pay for the minutes Sarah actually spends talking to your callers — a quiet week costs you little, and a busy week pays for itself in booked jobs.
Am I charged for spam calls?+–
Billing is based on talk time, and Sarah identifies spam and solicitor calls quickly and ends them fast — she does not chat with robocallers. So filtered junk costs you very little, and none of it costs you what matters most: your team’s attention and your real customers’ patience.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?+–
No. There are no contracts, no minimum terms and no cancellation penalties — you can stop whenever you want. We would rather keep customers because Sarah answers their phones well than because a document says they have to stay. Most owners decide within the first weeks of real calls.
Do setup, onboarding or number porting cost extra?+–
No. White-glove onboarding is included, ongoing changes made by our team are included, and porting a number to us is free. The price is the base plan from $350 a month plus usage from $350 a month plus 15¢ per minute of talk time, with no hidden line items appearing later on your invoice.
What exactly is included in the per-minute price?+–
Everything Sarah does: answering around the clock in English and Spanish, spam filtering, booking into your scheduling software, callbacks to missed calls and leads, estimate follow-up, recordings and transcripts of every call, and white-glove changes by our team. There are no feature tiers — every customer gets the full receptionist.
Are calls recorded and transcribed?+–
Yes. Every call Sarah handles produces a recording and a searchable transcript in your dashboard, so you can hear exactly how any conversation went, review how a job was booked, and check what a customer was told. Nothing about your phone line happens in a black box.
Who can access my call data?+–
Access is limited to the users you create for your own team and the Sarah247 staff who service your account. We do not sell your data, and your customer conversations are used to run your receptionist — not to feed some other business’s marketing.
Are you HIPAA or SOC 2 certified?+–
We do not claim HIPAA or SOC 2 certification today, and we will not pretend otherwise. If your business operates under specific regulatory or compliance requirements, we review them together during onboarding and tell you plainly whether Sarah is a fit before you commit to anything.
How do you handle call-recording consent?+–
Recording and consent rules vary by state, and your callers are your customers. During onboarding we walk through where you operate and how you want disclosures handled, then configure Sarah’s greeting and behavior to match. Tell our team your requirements and we set it up for you.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+–
You can cancel anytime — there is no contract. Your phone number belongs to you and moves with you. Your call history stays available to you until the account closes, and if you want data removed afterward, ask our team and we will handle the request directly with you.
Still have a question?
Leave your number — a human (or Sarah, your pick) will call you back.
We’ll call you back with Sarah on the line — typically the same business day. No long-term contracts · Cancel anytime
