Sarah247 + Microsoft Teams
Sarah answers the phones; your Teams channels get the story moments later.

How the Microsoft Teams + Sarah247 AI receptionist pairing works
Microsoft Teams is where your staff coordinates; the phone is where your customers show up. Sarah bridges them: every call answered live 24/7, qualified, and booked — with call summaries and booking alerts delivered into your Teams channels so nobody has to ask what came in overnight.
The delivery works today through a Zapier or Make bridge posting Sarah’s call outcomes into Teams, alongside connected-calendar booking that can reflect your working calendar and contact push through GoHighLevel. Organizations with stricter routing needs can get custom wiring during white-glove onboarding, on request.
- Call outcomes posted into Teams channels via a bridge
- Bookings visible to staff moments after Sarah confirms them
- Connected-calendar booking keeps team schedules free of collisions
Microsoft Teams questions
Is this a native integration?+–
Not yet. Sarah works alongside Microsoft Teams today through a Zapier or Make bridge for channel notifications, connected-calendar booking, contact push through GoHighLevel, and custom wiring during white-glove onboarding on request.
Does this touch our Teams phone setup?+–
No. Sarah runs on her own built-in telephony — your Teams tenant and any calling plans stay untouched. Calls reach Sarah by ringing her number directly or by forwarding from your existing lines, and Teams simply receives the summaries.
Who sets up the notifications?+–
We do, during white-glove onboarding. You tell us which channels should hear about which outcomes, and we configure the bridge accordingly. Changing the routing later is a configuration tweak, not a project.
