What we don’t do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use one customer’s call data to build products for another.
- We keep personal details out of team notifications wherever possible.
Recording consent
Call recording disclosures are configured per business according to the laws of the states they operate in. Businesses using Sarah247 are responsible for choosing the disclosure settings required in their jurisdictions.
Retention & deletion
Recordings and transcripts are retained while the customer account is active or as required by law, and deleted on verified request.
