Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Sarah247.ai website and the Sarah247 AI receptionist service provided by Sarah247, Inc.

The service

Sarah247 provides an AI-powered call answering, qualification, booking and follow-up service. Configuration is performed with the customer during onboarding; the customer is responsible for the accuracy of business information, pricing rules and scripts they approve.

Billing

Usage is billed per minute of conversation at the published rate. There are no long-term contracts; service may be cancelled at any time, with usage billed through the cancellation date.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful calling practices, including violations of the TCPA or applicable do-not-call regulations. Outbound calling features operate within customer-configured calling windows and consent rules; the customer is responsible for having the required consent for the numbers they ask Sarah to call.

Telephony

Numbers, porting and carrier services are provided through licensed US carriers. Emergency calling (911) is not supported on service numbers.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sarah247’s aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding a claim.
